How is Kelly Dunn Real Estate Team different than other Realtors? My wife and I are partners in life as well as in the business of real estate. I handle the nuts and bolts of the business as a Licensed Realtor in the State of Iowa, and Brooke is the marketing and technology expert. We have different strengths that compliment one another.

For more than 20 years, I’ve been building relationships in the local area and beyond. I have the knowledge, drive and connections built with trusted mortgage lenders, home inspectors, construction contractors, pest inspectors, radon mitigation companies and more.

I was born and raised on a farm just south of Des Moines in Carlisle, and I’m a graduate of Iowa State University who enjoys Cyclone athletics. My wife and I have owned homes in Carlisle, Des Moines and currently reside in Ankeny. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. In my spare time, you’ll find me cycling, swimming, watching sporting events and doing anything active and outdoors.
